Refunds & Returns Policy

Since we offer digital products and services, we can’t accept returns and refunds where client has accepted the final draft. Our services rendered are delivered in according with our terms of service to which you agree when signing up . All sales are considered final upon delivery of the service and acceptance by the client. Where revisions are requested and permitted by deals, a revision will be provided.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Including SEO Services, Digital marketing Campaigns, and Web Development where final product has been delivered to client and it has been accepted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Where you signed up for a monthly pricing package and you have only used part of the month.
  • Where a deposit is paid for a service, and we have failed to delivered product to client’s satisfaction.
  • Where we fail to produce quality results (graphic design, web design, and other design related services)
  • Where we have not been in touch and/or update  clients for more than 15 days after we have commenced the project and received a deposit.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have considered your case for a refund, and where refunds are applicable, they are generally processed within 10-`15 business days and will be paid in same funds source we originally received funds from (in case of international bank transfers we might incur and deduct transfer fees). The time frame can be extend due to technical reason and we will inform the client after 15 business days if there is any issue.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at billing@zaawia.com.

Web Hosting

Customers using any services related to web hosting offered by Zaawia agree to be obligated by and must comply with all policies or must otherwise opt-out of and cancel their web hosting service with Zaawia. Zaawia retains the sole discretion to make a judgment regarding any violation by any Zaawia customer and may take action against any customer deemed to violate these terms including the cancellation of any customer’s services without refund and/or, if deemed appropriate, be legally prosecuted.

Cancellation & Refunds (Web-Hosting)

Should you become dissatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account activation, Zaawia will refund your hosting fee subject to the money-back guarantee terms listed in this agreement. Refunds are not available for customers after 30 days of account activation. You may however cancel your account at any time to make sure that your account is not renewed. You will need to contact customer service and verify the information before the cancellation takes place. You will be charged in full for the entire month in which you canceled your account. Accounts that have negative balances will be sent to collections and all services will be terminated, including domain registrations. Refunds are never available for domain registrations. Domain Names transferred to our service incur an additional year of registration and therefore are considered a domain registration. Domain registration fees are as detailed on our Domain Registration Pricing Sheet. Domain names of customers that leave our hosting service will be refunded the package price total less the domain registration fee if the customer leaves Zaawia hosting service within the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Also, refunds are not available for additional services such as but are not limited to domain names, dedicated IPs, SSL certificates, CDN, professional services, etc. Add-on services that are activated and are included in the hosting package will not be refundable if canceled within 30-days.

Website files are the responsibility of the Zaawia customer and should a Zaawia customer decide to cancel their service it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they have backed up & downloaded the website files and any emails from the Zaawia server before requesting that Zaawia cancels their account. Once the cancellation request has been submitted to Zaawia a cancellation of the website hosting service may occur any time after the request is received by Zaawia and when a cancellation request is completed the client’s hosting account with Zaawia and their website files are permanently removed from the Zaawia servers. Therefore again the client must ensure that they have downloaded their website files and any emails from the server before their cancellation request.

30-Day Money-Back Conditional

Zaawia offers 30-day money-back guarantee that covers cancellations on shared hosting, reseller hosting, and VPS hosting made during the first 30 days of service, due to the inability to deliver satisfactory services. As a part of our strive to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction, the customer will be refunded all hosting charges made to their credit card minus any setup fees, domain name or add-ons (included and/or purchased) are non-refundable. The guarantee does not apply to accounts with non-use, misuse, and/or abuse of this agreement. Domain name registrations & dedicated servers are also non-refundable. Domain Names transferred to our service incur an additional year of registration and therefore are considered a domain registration. Domain registration fees are outlined in the Domain Registration Pricing Sheet. Domain names of customers that leave our hosting service will be refunded the package price total less the domain registration fee if the customer leaves Zaawia hosting service within the 30-day money-back guarantee.
